Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LawFormed, we strive to offer high-quality legal documentation, compliance solutions, and content services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before availing of any paid services.

1. Custom Service Orders

Once a service order (such as contract drafting, compliance consulting, or legal content creation) has been confirmed and initiated, no refund shall be issued. This is because the service involves personalized time and professional effort.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel an order before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees and any consultation already rendered. Please write to us at niharikasingh@lawformed.com within 24 hours of booking.

3. Digital Products & Templates

All digital templates and downloadable documents are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.”

4. Rescheduling Consultations

If you've booked a consultation session, rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours’ prior notice. No refund will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made without adequate notice.

5. Errors or Technical Issues

In the unlikely event that you are charged incorrectly or face a technical error, please contact us immediately at niharikasingh@lawformed.com with the payment reference number. We will review and resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.

6. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, please reach out via email within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
